【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は金属層と熱可塑性プラスチック層とを有する蓋
を熱可塑性プラスチック層を有する容器胴に誘導コイル
を用いて融着する融着装置であって、この誘導コイルが
蓋の端板とこの端板から垂直に突設したフランジとから
形成さnる中空室に突入させられるようになっており、
この誘導コイルの外周面が7ランジに対して平行に案内
さ扛ている形式のものに関する。例えばドイツ連邦共和
国特許出願公開第2747711号明細書によって公知
であるこのような形式の融着装置においては蓋の中空室
に突入させられる誘導コイルが3つの巻条を有しており
、この誘導コイルの閉じら扛た形状が蓋を容器胴の周囲
に密に融着させることを目的としているしかしながら特
許請求の範囲第1項に記載した特徴を有する本発明の融
着装置で得らnる、蓋と容器胴との間のリング状の融着
シームによっては驚くべきことに誘導コイルの単一の巻
条だけで融着の途切nるところなしに確実なシール作用
が達成さnることか判明した。本発明によってはこの融
着シームの幅が狭くなるのでエネルイー消費も融着時間
も僅かになる。そのうえこの誘導コイルを融着対象物に
対して簡単にしかも正確に適合させられるように製作す
ることができるようになった。

次に本発明の1実施例を図面について詳細に平らな端板

融着シーム7を得るためKはこの融着装置・に蓋1の中
空室に適合する端部部分11とこの端部部分11に続<
支え肩部12とを有するラム10が設けらnている。こ
のラムlOの端部部分11の側面に向かってプレス−ジ
ョー14が運動するようになっている。このプレスジョ
ー14は7ランー)3と縁曲げ部会と容器胴6の端部と
を押圧する。
空室に適合する端部部分11とこの端部部分11に続<
支え肩部12とを有するラム10が設けらnている。こ
のラムlOの端部部分11の側面に向かってプレス−ジ
ョー14が運動するようになっている。このプレスジョ
ー14は7ランー)3と縁曲げ部会と容器胴6の端部と
を押圧する。
電気的に絶縁さ扛た材料から成るラム10の端部部分1
1には単一の巻条を有する誘導フィル15が外周面で直
接的に蓋1の7ランー)3に密着するように取付けられ
ている。この誘導コイル15の巻条の端部16.17は
約0.511mから1闘までの間隔をおいて向き合わさ
nている。接続導線18.19は端部16,17のとこ
ろで誘導フィル15から直角に突出しかつ誘導コイル面
に対して約75° の角度を成してラム1oの溝13内
を互いに平行に延びている。

互いに仕切られている。

この誘導コイル15は横断面が方形の銅製の中空ストラ
ンドから成っており、丸みのっけら扛た角を有する正方
形に折曲げられている。端部16.17は1つの直線区
分にある。蓋1の7ランー)3の高さよりも輻の狭いこ
の方形成形体の広幅面は7ランジ3の融着範囲に向き合
わされている。

融着のためにはラム10の端部部分11が蓋1の中空室
に突入させられズ誘導コイル15の外周面が蓋1の7ラ
ンー)3に密着させられる。

かつ上面はフランジ3の上側の縁部から間隔をおいて位
置する。接続溝m18.19及び他の部材を介して高周

間だけ2 MH2の交流が流さnる。この誘導フィル1
5の電磁場が蓋1の金属層の、誘導コイル15に近い範
囲に渦電流を生ぜしめて、この金属シートを加熱する。

波ゼネレータに接続さnた誘導コイル15には0.5秒
間だけ2 MH2の交流が流さnる。この誘導フィル1
5の電磁場が蓋1の金属層の、誘導コイル15に近い範
囲に渦電流を生ぜしめて、この金属シートを加熱する。
ここで生ぜしめら扛た熱は蓋1と容器胴6の隣接する熱
可塑性層に伝達されてと扛らの熱可塑性を溶融温度にま
で加熱し、同時に融着シームを成すようにプレスジョー
17の圧力が両者を結合する。

蓋1及び容器胴6の熱可塑性層は誘導コイル15の端部
16,17の間にあるすき間と重なる範囲もしっかりと
密に融着さ扛るように加熱される。誘導フィル15及び
ラム10の過熱を回避するためには誘導フィル15の中
空室を冷却材が常時流さ扛るようになっている。充分に
長い高周波電流イン・ξルスにおいては7ランジ3のア
ルミニウム層の他に縁曲げ部4のアルミニウム層にも充
分な熱が生ぜしめら九で、この縁曲げ部4も容器胴6の
外周面に融着さ扛る。
16,17の間にあるすき間と重なる範囲もしっかりと
密に融着さ扛るように加熱される。誘導フィル15及び
ラム10の過熱を回避するためには誘導フィル15の中
空室を冷却材が常時流さ扛るようになっている。充分に
長い高周波電流イン・ξルスにおいては7ランジ3のア
ルミニウム層の他に縁曲げ部4のアルミニウム層にも充
分な熱が生ぜしめら九で、この縁曲げ部4も容器胴6の
外周面に融着さ扛る。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、金属層と熱可塑性プラスチック層とを有する蓋を熱
可塑性プラスチック層を有する容器胴に誘導コイルを用
いて融着する融着装置であって、この誘導コイルが蓋の
端板とこの端板から垂直に突設した7ランジとから形成
さnる中空室に突入させられるようになっており、この
誘導コイルの外周面が7ランジに対して平行に案内さn
ている形式のものにおいて、誘導コイル(15)が単一
の巻条を有しており、この巻条の両端部(16,17)
の間に僅かな間隔が設けられていることを特徴とする、
蓋を容器胴に融着する融着装置。 2、前記誘導コイx、(15)の端部(16,17)の
ところで誘導コイル(15)から接続導線(18,IG
I)が直角に突出しかつ誘導コイル(15)面に対して
約75°の角度を成して互いに平行に延びている、特許
請求の範囲第1項記載の融着装置。 5、前記誘導コイル(15)の端部(16,17)の間
の間隔が1龍よシも小さい、特許請求の範囲第1項また
は第2項記載の融着装置屯 前記誘導コイル(15)が
方形の横断面を有する中空導体から成っており、その広
幅面が蓋(1)の7ランジ(3)の内面に密着せしめら
nる、特許請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいす扛か
