Claims (18)
- 誘導加熱可能な材料の少なくとも一つの層を有していて、熱可塑性材料で被覆された包装材料シートのチューブ形の第一のパッケージ部品(2)を含む少なくとも一部を形成された包装容器(1)であって、第一のパッケージ部品(2)は第一の縁部(4)を含む第一の部分(7)と第二の縁部(5)を含む第二の部分(8)とを有し、第一および第二の前記縁部(4,5)の間にシールされた第一の重ね結合部(6)が形成され、また第二の重ね結合部(11)において第一のパッケージ部品(2)の第一の端部に第二のパッケージ部品(3)がシール結合され、第一および第二の重ね結合部(6,11)は互いに交差して交差ゾーン(12)が第一および第二の重ね結合部(6,11)の交差部に形成されるようになっている包装容器(1)を誘導加熱シール処理することによって加熱シールする方法において、
少なくとも一つの導電体(15)を含む誘導加熱装置(14)を少なくとも交差ゾーン(12)に対して配置して、前記第一の縁部(4)が第二のパッケージ部品(3)に接触している第一のパッケージ部品(2)の第一の部分(7)に対して前記導電体(15)を位置させる配置段階と、誘導加熱可能な材料の層に電流を誘起させる誘起段階とを有し、前記誘起段階において誘起された電流のうちで、少なくとも交差ゾーン(12)において第一および第二のパッケージ部品(2,3)の間の加熱シールを行うことができてしかも包装容器の外面および内面が加熱シールによって損傷されないことを保証するのに十分に大きな割合の電流を第一のパッケージ部品(2)の第一の部分(7)を経て導くことによって、少なくとも前記交差ゾーンを加熱シールすることを特徴とする方法。 - 誘導加熱処理装置(14)と協働するカウンター当接部を使用することにより加熱シール時に圧力荷重を交差ゾーン(12)に加えるようにした請求項1に記載された方法。
- 前記配置段階において、第一のパッケージ部品(2)の外側に対して前記導電体(15)を配置し、少なくとも第一のパッケージ部品(2)の内面に対してカウンター当接部を配置する請求項2に記載された方法。
- 誘導加熱可能な材料の少なくとも一つの層を含み、熱可塑性材料で被覆された包装材料シートのチューブ形の第一のパッケージ部品(2)を含む少なくとも一部を形成された包装容器(1)であって、第一のパッケージ部品(2)は第一の縁部(4)を含む第一の部分(7)と第二の縁部(5)を含む第二の部分(8)とを有し、第一および第二の前記縁部(4,5)の間にシールされた第一の重ね結合部(6)が形成され、また第二の重ね結合部(11)において第一のパッケージ部品(2)の第一の端部に第二のパッケージ部品(3)がシール結合され、第一および第二の重ね結合部(6,11)は互いに交差して、第一および第二の重ね結合部(6,11)の交差位置に交差ゾーン(12)が形成されるようになっている包装容器(1)を誘導加熱シール処理により加熱シールする誘導加熱装置(14)において、
前記誘導加熱装置(14)は、少なくとも一つの導電体(15)を含み、少なくとも交差ゾーン(12)に接触するように配置されて、誘導加熱可能な材料の層に電流を誘起するようになされており、また、前記導電体(15)は、誘起された前記電流のうちで、少なくとも交差ゾーン(12)において第一および第二のパッケージ部品(2,3)の間の加熱シールを行ってしかも包装容器の外面および内面の両方が加熱シールによって損傷されないことを保証するのに十分に大きな割合の電流を、第二のパッケージ部品(3)に第一の縁部(4)を接触させた第一のパッケージ部品(2)の第一の部分(7)を経て導くように形成されている誘導加熱装置(14)。 - 第二のパッケージ部品(3)に第一の縁部(4)を接触させた第一のパッケージ部品(2)の第一の部分(7)に対して導電体(15)が接触されるようになされた請求項4に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 前記導電体(15)が第一のパッケージ部品(2)の外側に対して接触するようになされた請求項4または請求項5に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 導電体(15)は第一および第二の脚部(16,17)を含み、前記脚部(16,17)の各々が第一および第二の端部(16a,17a,16b,17b)を有し、前記脚部(16,17)がそれぞれの第二の端部(16b,17b)において突起形状部分(18)によって相互連結されている請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 前記脚部(16,17)が、互いに隔てられかつ互いに実質的に平行に延在している請求項7に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 各脚部(16,17)の第一の端部(16a,17a)が突起形状部分(18)の幅よりも実質的に広い請求項7または請求項8に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 各脚部(16,17)が湾曲し、それぞれの第一の端部(16a,17a)が少なくとも最初の部分で第一の重ね結合部(6)と実質的に平行な方向へ延在する請求項7から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 各脚部(16,17)の幅が第一の端部(16a,17a)から第二の端部(16b,17b)へ向かって漸減している請求項9または請求項10に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 第一の導電体領域(27)において前記脚部(16,17)が第一の重ね結合部(6)と実質的に平行な方向に延在し、第一の導電体領域(27)の一端において脚部(16,17)が第二の導電体領域(28)と一体化し、第二の導電体領域(28)の一端で前記脚部(16,17)が突起形状部分(18)と一体化している請求項10に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 第二の導電体領域(28)において前記脚部(16,17)が第一の導電体領域(27)に対して角度(α)を付されている請求項12に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 前記脚部(16,17)の幅が第二の導電体領域(28)において突起形状部分(18)に向かう方向にテーパーを付されている請求項12または請求項13に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 導電体(15)を通して電流を導くために高周波電流供給装置に対するターミナル(20,21)をさらに含み、一つの脚部(16)が一方の電流ターミナル(20)に連結され、他方の脚部(17)が他方の電流ターミナル(21)に連結されており、これにより誘導加熱処理装置(14)に与えられる電流が第一の脚部(16)では一方向に導かれ、第二の脚部(17)では反対方向に導かれるようになされている請求項7から請求項14までのいずれか一項に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 前記脚部(16,17)の間に透磁性材料の嵌込み部材(26)が配置され、その嵌込み部材の透磁性が、それぞれの脚部(16,17)のまわりに磁界を集中させることによって磁界を分離して磁界の干渉を防止する程度に強力である請求項7から請求項15までのいずれか一項に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 突起形状部分(18)が少なくとも交差ゾーン(12)対して配置されるようになされる一方、第二のパッケージ部品(3)に第一の縁部(4)を接触させた第一のパッケージ部品(2)の第一の部分(7)に対して脚部(16,17)が配置されるようになされている請求項7から請求項16までのいずれか一項に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
- 包装容器(1)に適用された表面から突出している少なくとも一つの要素(35,36)を導電体(15)が含み、前記要素(35,36)が第一の重ね結合部(6)の長手方向を実質的に横断する方向に長手方向の長さを有していて、該要素(35,36)が、交差ゾーン(12)における1および2の包装材料の層の間の移行部分に加熱シールの際の圧力荷重を与えるように配置されている請求項4から請求項17までのいずれか一項に記載された誘導加熱装置(14)。
