    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 放熱翼を有する冷却フィンの半導体素子の取付面が強制
    風冷のための風洞内の空気通路に位置し且つ前記冷却フ
    ィンの前記取付面から突出する前記半導体素子の本体部
    分も前記空気通路に位置するように前記冷却フィンを配
    したことを特徴とする半導体素子の強制風冷装置。
