By forming
The present invention relates to a classification device that makes it possible to effectively use the entire surface of the screen by increasing the contact time between the screen and the material to be classified. Conventionally, the planar screen that partitions the introduction chamber for the textile to be separated and the suction chamber is In the case of a method in which the screen is installed at a right angle, and a method in which the inlet of the material to be classified is located at a right angle to the air suction direction of the material to be classified, 1- The screen is installed on a plane parallel to the direction of natural fall of the material to be classified. There was something to do. Therefore, when the screen is placed at right angles, the material to be classified concentrates only in a specific part such as the center of the screen, and other parts are hardly used and are prone to clogging. A device installed on a flat surface has the disadvantage that if the object to be classified has low adhesiveness, the contact time with the screen surface is short and the object is discharged from the outlet of the introduction chamber without being classified sufficiently. This was a major cause of clogging, rather than leaving gaps that worsened classification efficiency.

きるものである。The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and has a planar screen that separates the introduction chamber and the suction chamber for the material to be classified at an angle that intersects with the vertical falling axis of the material introduced from the inlet. It was formed with a slope. With this configuration, the material to be classified is not concentrated only in a part of the screen, and the contact time with the material to be classified can be maintained for a relatively long time, and the material to be classified is dispersed over the entire surface of the screen. This is achieved by making effective use of the entire surface of the screen, without causing clogging in only one part of the screen.

The fixed tube (7) and the screen (4) rotate due to the rotational force transmitted to the sprocket (12) through the sprocket (13). At the same time, the vacuum pump connected to the suction chamber (3) is operated and the material to be classified is introduced from the inlet (2), and the classification work is performed. Also, the handle (
26) and the fixed support shafts (21) and (22), the casing (8) also rotates 4- and the flat screen (4) absorbs the material to be classified introduced from the inlet (2). The vertical axis of fall will be slightly tilted to intersect with This inclination is preferably such that the introduction chamber (1) side of the screen (4) faces upward, that is, in FIG. 2, the lower end of the screen (4) is located on the right and the upper end is located on the left. This angle of inclination is determined depending on various conditions such as the stickiness, specific gravity, particle size, etc. of the material to be classified, but in general, the inclination angle is set smaller for items with strong stickiness, and those with low specific gravity have low stickiness and light specific gravity. When classifying materials, the angle of inclination is increased to increase the contact time between the screen (4) and the materials to be classified. In addition, (27) in the drawing is the introduction chamber (1)
A discharge port formed at the lower end of the screen (4) discharges coarse particles that cannot pass through the screen (4).

contact with the screen II-screen (
4). In this case, the viscosity of the material to be classified is high,
Even in the case of unfavorable conditions such as uneven air suction force on the surface of the screen (4), if the screen (4) is rotated, these unfavorable conditions will be removed and the material to be classified will be transferred to the screen (4). ) Since it is dispersed over the entire surface, there is no possibility of clogging occurring only in one part, and the entire surface of the screen (4) can be used effectively. In addition, since the screen (4) is formed to be inclined at an angle that intersects the vertical falling axis of the material to be classified introduced from the inlet (2), the material to be classified is placed only in a part of the screen (4). There is no concentration, and the contact time with the material to be classified can be maintained for a relatively long time, and the material to be classified is dispersed over the entire surface of the screen (4), eliminating clogging in only one part. , the entire screen can be used effectively.

This improves classification efficiency, which reduces the occurrence of clogging, and also makes it possible to reduce the screen area when doing the same amount of work as conventional products. It is possible to provide an economical classification device by easily making it possible to reduce the pressure and downsize the device.
