Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 今日、金網は各種の金属および合金で製造されているが
高級品はステンレス鋼製と考えてよい。
↑、旨こ孔径の小さいものは殆んどがステンレス陶製で
ある。現在、わが国で製造されている最小孔の金網は３
６００　Ｘ　５０．８メツシユである・これらの金網は
薄く、変形し易いので通常粗な金網を川ね、その侭使用
するかあるいは圧延後焼結して使用している。現在、わ
が国で製造されているこれら積層焼結金網で最小孔のも
のは２Ｐｔｒｌと称されている。これは第１層目が１０
０メツシユ、第２層目が３６００Ｘ５０Ｂメツシユ、第
３層目が１００メソシユ、第４層および第５層目が６４
×１２メツシユで構成されている。然し乍ら、産業界で
は更に微小な孔径のフィルターを渇望している。
本発明はかかる事情に鑑みなされたものである。
即ち、積層金網をカロライジングあるいはクロマイジン
グし孔径を微小化する方法に関するものである。
次に本発明の実施例を示す。
実施例１ 前述の５層積層金網を１０００℃でカロライジングした
場合の処理時間と第２層目の孔径の関係を次に示す。
実施例２ 前述の５層積層金網を１０００°０でクロマイジングし
た場合の処理時間と第２層目の孔径の関係を次に示す。
以上のように積層金網は力ロライジングあるいはクロマ
イジングによって更に微小化できることが判明した。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 積層金網をカロライジングまたはクロマイジング処理を
    行ない、孔径を微小化することを特徴とする積層金網の
    改良。
