Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ヘリウムガスボンベから供給されるヘリウムガス
    を、液化窒素等の低温液化ガスにより冷却する冷却部と
    、当該冷却部からの冷却ヘリウムガスを、断熱箱体内の
    試験用材料に噴当するガス玉プレーとを具備してなる予
    冷用装置部と、液化ヘリウム容器から同容器の内圧によ
    り液化ヘリウムを送出し、これを上記試験用材料に噴当
    する冷媒スプレーとを具備してなる氷冷用装置部とを兼
    備した極低温下材料試験用冷却装置。
  2. （２）予冷用装置の冷却部が、冷却用・容器内の低温液
    化中に、ヘリウムガスの供給パイプを浸漬して構成され
    、当該供給パイプに連続する冷却ヘリウムガスの供給パ
    イプにはガス開閉弁を介設すると共に、当該冷却ヘリウ
    ムガスの供給パイプには、水冷用装置の液化ヘリウム容
    器における液化ヘリウムに浸漬した送出管が、液化ガス
    開閉弁を介してガス開閉弁の先行側に連結され、ガスス
    プレーと冷媒スプレーとが兼用されている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の極低温下材料試験用冷却装置。
  3. （３）予冷却用装置とは別個に装備された水冷用装置が
    、液化ヘリウム容器と同容器内の液化ヘリウムに浸漬し
    た送出管と、同送出管に設けた液化ガス開閉弁と、同送
    出管の先端に設けた冷媒スプレーとからなっている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の極低温下材料試験用冷
    却装置。
