容量の小さいボンベ、２は冷却器、３゜３ａ、３ｂはチ
ューブ、４．４ａ、４ｂはフィン付チューブ、５，５ａ
、５ｂはジュールトムソン弁、６はデユア、７は赤外検
知素子、８は減圧弁である。なお図中、同一あるいは相
当部分には同一符号を付して示しである。゛

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ジュールトムソン効果を利用して被冷却素子を極１低温
    に冷却する冷却装置において、先端に第１のジュールト
    ムソン弁を有し、冷媒ガスが供給される第１の管路を支
    持体にら線状に巻いて構成した第１のジュールトムソン
    弁付冷却器と、先端に第２のジュールトムソン弁を有し
    、冷媒ガスが供給される第２の管路を前記支持体上に前
    記第１の管路と同軸的に巻回して構成した第２のジュー
    ルトムソン弁付冷却器とを有し、前記第１のジュールト
    ムソン弁付冷却器に容量の大きな第１の高圧ガスボンベ
    から減圧弁にて減圧された冷却ガスを供給し、しかるの
    ち前記第２のジュールトムソン弁付冷却器に容量の小さ
    な第２の高圧ボンベから高圧冷媒ガスを供給するように
    構成したことを特徴とする冷却装置。
