Claims (1)
- ジユールトムソン効果を利用して赤外検知素子
を極低温に冷却する赤外検知素子用冷却装置にお
いて、高圧ガスボンベと、上記高圧ガスボンベに
接続されているチユーブと、上記チユーブに接続
されていて、かつ形状記憶合金により作られてい
るジユールトムソン弁とを有する冷却器によつて
構成されていることを特徴とする赤外検知素子用
冷却装置。
