  1. マンドレルと、マンドレルの周面にスパイラル状に巻き
    付けた熱交換チューブと、前記熱交換チューブの先端に
    取付けたジュールトムソン弁とを備−えた低温冷却装置
    において、前記マンドレルを比重量１５００ｋｇ／ｙｒ
    ｆ以下、熱伝導率Ｑ、３Ｋｃａｌ　／ｍｈｒ００以下比
    熱９．３Ｋｃａｌ　／　ｋｏ°Ｃ以下のポリイミド樹脂
    で形成したことを特徴とする低温冷却装置。
