第1図はがたつき防止ばねを組付けられた円板ブレーキ

がたつき防止ばねの斜視図フ第4図は第1図と第2図に

Claims (6)
- (1)回転自在の円板13の片側において固定部材に結
合するための支持体11であって、円板13を橋絡する
2個のアーム12と、−前記支持体によって円板13の
各側に1個支持される2個のブレーキ・パッド31.3
2と、前記支持体11に対してパッドを偏圧するように
支持体11と各パッドとの間において作用するがたつき
防止ばね50とを具えたものを有する円板ブレーキにお
いて:前記がたつき防止ばね50が、1個のパッドに当
接する一端部分51と、支持体アーム12の一つの半径
方向内側i当接する中間部分53と、前記アーム12の
前記パッドから遠い端縁に沿って延在するとともに前記
アームの半径方向外側に係合して前記ばね50を前記ア
ーム上に位置決めする他端部分とを有することを特徴と
する円板ブレーキ。 - (2)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の円板ブレー
キにおいて:がたつき防止ば耗50の一端部分51即ち
内端部分が両パッド31.32と係合することを特徴と
する円板ブレーキ。 - (3)実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の円板ブレー
キにおいて:がたつき防止ばね50の前記内端部分が、
両パッドと係合するように外方へ延びる横片51を有す
ることを特徴とする円板ブレーキ。 − - (4)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項から第3項の何れ
か一つの項に記載される円板ブレーキにおいて:がたつ
き防止ばね50が前記パッド上に半径方向内方に当接す
ることを特徴とする円板 9・ ブレーキ。 - (5)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項から第4項の何れ
か一つの項に記載される円板ブレーキにおいて:アーム
12の半径方向外側に、前記がたつき防止ばね50の対
応凸部55が係合する凹部54を設けられていることを
