Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は膨潤性フィルムに転写用パターンを印刷してこ
れを液体上に展開すると共ｌこ、液体上で膨潤拡張する
フィルムに被印刷物を当接しつつこれを液中に没入させ
てパターンを転写する方法に関するものである。
此穫方法としては特公昭５２−４１６８２号に開示され
ており、この方法によれば木目模様等のパターンを被印
刷物の曲面に容易に転写出来る利益がある。
しかしながら、此の印刷方法においては、フィルムの膨
潤性を利用して曲面にパターンを密着転写するため、被
印刷物のフィルムへの当接以前にフィルムが浮遊して移
動し、これによってフィルムのパターンが転写位置力）
らずれる事を避けられずこのため被印刷物の所定の箇処
にパターンを印刷する事が困難であると云う不利益があ
った。
本発明はこの様な不利益を解消し得る液上の印刷方法を
提供せんとするものである。
以下に本発明印刷方法を添付図面につき説明すると、第
１図は本発明方法を実施した印刷装置１の略解側面図、
第２図は同平面図であり、この印刷装置１は被印刷物２
を移送する移送体系３と、この移送体系３の直下にある
液槽４と、上記液槽４内に転写フィルム５を送給するフ
ィルム供給手段６とを備えている。
上記移送体系３は上記被印刷物２を上記液槽４の液体４
１内に没入せしめると共にこの被印刷物２を反転上昇せ
しめて液槽４から回収する様柳成されており、上記液槽
４内には液面下に位置する轡磁石４２が適数配設されて
いる。
上記転写フィルム５には予め転写用パターン５１が印刷
されると共に位置決め用の６性面５２が形成されており
、上記磁性面５２は上記パターン５１の印刷と同時又は
別途に磁性インクや磁性塗料等により形成されている。
上記磁性面５２は第３図の如くパターン５１の間に夫々
形成するのが普通であるが、場合によっては第４図の如
くフィルム５の両側縁部に予め形成しておいても良いし
、或は又ｆｌＩＬ５図の如くフィルム５の幅方向に形成
しても良く、更には上記転写パターン５１中に混在形成
しても良い。
上記液槽４内の６石４２は上記フィルム５の磁性面５２
と所定位置に右いて且つ所定距離を隔てて対向する様装
置されており、例へば＄３図１こ示すフィルム５に対し
ては、第６図に示す如く、転写位置におけるフィルム５
のパターン５１間に対向する様子行状に配置されている
。
上記磁石４２は、その深さ位置や水平方向への位置を変
位出来る機構成しておく事が望ましく、かくすればパタ
ーンや大きさの異る転写フィルム５に対し磁石４２の位
置を適合せしめる事が出来ると云う効果がある。
本発明方法はこの様に転写フィルム５の所定箇処に、パ
ターン５１との関連において磁性面５２を形成すると共
に液槽４内には、パターン５１の転写位置において上記
フィルム５のＳ柱面５２を吸引するべく磁石４２を配設
し、手記フィルム５のパターン５１を上記磁性面５２の
位置規制によって所定位置に定置するものである。
従って本発明方法では、液槽４内に送入された転写フィ
ルム５は第１図、第２図の如く液面で膨潤しつつ転写位
置に至り、この転写位置において例へばｔＫ６図の如く
磁石４２で吸引されつつ保持されるυ）ら、被印刷物２
を移送体系３によって所定速度で且つ所定角度力）ら転
写位置に没入せしめれば、被印刷物２には略均−な印刷
を施す事が出来る。
本発明方法はこの轡に被印刷物２に対し転写フィルム５
のパターン５１を所定位置に定置し得るものである力）
ら、此種曲面印刷方法に実施して効果の大きいものであ
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 膨潤性の転写フィルムに転写用パターンを印刷してこれ
    を液檜内に浮力）べろと共に、上記フィルムを膨潤させ
    つつその転写用パターンに被印刷物を当接させて、これ
    を液中に没入させ、以って被印刷物の表面の１部又は全
    部に上記転写用パターンを転写させる様な印刷方法にお
    いて、上記転写フィルムに上記転写用パターンと関連す
    る磁性面を形成する一方上記液槽内には研石を配設して
    、この磁石により上記転写フィルムの磁性面を吸引する
    と共にこれによって転写用パターンを転写位置に定置す
    る棟にした事を４Ｉ像とする印刷方法。
