Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the transfer cloth, by which transfer by ironing can be performed, by providing a temporary bonding layer on separating parent cloth, and forming a powerful bonding agent pattern layer incluing a light storing agent on a flocking layer formed on the temporary flocking layer. CONSTITUTION:The paste state bonding layer 2, whose adhesive force is relatively weak, is formed on the separating parent cloth 1 such as paper and cloth by a screen printing method. Short fiber 4 formed by a raw material such as rayon, nylon, and polyester, is flocked in said layer 2, and the flocked layer 5 is formed. Then it is heated and fixed to the separating cloth 1. A pattern and characters are printed on the flocked layer 5 by the screen printing. Thereafter, the powerful bonding agent 11, which includes the light storing agent that stores the light from the sun or an electric lamp, is formed on the flocked layer 5 so that part of the tip of the short fiber is buried. Thus the pattern bonding layer 6 is formed. Then hot melting resin 8 is bonded, and the transfer cloth having the clear pattern and the like based on the light storing is formed.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventional flocked transfer fabrics with patterns and letters are intended for use in bright places and cannot serve their purpose in dark places. By using a phosphorescent agent that does not contain phosphorescent agents, it absorbs and accumulates light in bright places (sunlight, electric light, and other places where you are not aware of it), and gradually releases light in dark places, creating patterns and letters. It emits light with high brightness and can be used in both light and dark conditions. Examples of its use include chest marks on clothing (T-shirts, etc.), back marks on sports clothing, jackets for single weights, etc.
The present invention relates to a heat-reversible phosphorescent flocked transfer fabric that is intended to contribute to traffic safety at night when used for infant clothing, bags, etc.

In the first step, as shown in FIG. 3, a paste-like adhesive with relatively weak adhesive strength is applied to paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, or other peelable fabric 1 as a base by screen printing, spraying, or other means. to form a temporary adhesive layer 2. In the second step, as shown in FIG. 4, short fibers made of a material such as rayon, nylon, Tetron, polyester, etc. 4 is flocked in a dense and upright state by electrical or mechanical means to form a flocked layer 5, and the solvent of the paste-like adhesive, which has a relatively weak adhesive force, is evaporated by means such as heat drying. The peeling dose is fixed to the fabric 1. In the third step (as shown in FIG. 5), necessary designs or letters are applied on the flocked layer 5, which has been densely and uprightly flocked in the second step, by a screen method, a spray method, or other means. A paste-like adhesive with strong adhesion, such as vinyl acetate, acrylic, or latex adhesive, absorbs sunlight or electric light rays, that is, stimulating rays, accumulates light, and gradually emits light. Contains a phosphorescent agent 3 that can repeat the property ``absorption-accumulation-emission'' any number of times, and also has the property of emitting high luminance (bright) light even with low-intensity stimulating light and having a long afterglow time when emitting light. The patterned adhesive layer 6 is formed in such a way that a part of the tips of the short fibers are buried in the luminescent adhesive 11. In the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 6, a phosphorescent adhesive formed by mixing a glue-like adhesive with a strong adhesive force and a phosphorescent agent 3, which is layered on the required pattern or character in the third step. A hot melt agent 8 in the form of hot melt resin particles or powder is sprinkled on the patterned adhesive layer 6 formed with the agent 11 to achieve high density adhesion.

In the fifth step, as shown in FIG. 7, a glue-like adhesive with strong adhesive strength is applied to the required patterns or letters formed in the third and fourth steps, and hot glue is sprinkled on top of it. In order to fix the melt agent 8, the solvent of the glue-like adhesive having a strong adhesive force is dried by heating or other means, and the adhesive having a strong adhesive force and the hot melt agent 8 are fixed, and then a desired pattern is formed. Alternatively, the hot melt agent 8 in the form of hot melt resin particles or powder adhering to portions other than the horizontal adhesive layer 6 such as letters is removed by means such as brushing. In the sixth step, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, after removing the hot melt agent 8 that has adhered to areas other than the horizontal adhesive layer 6 such as patterns or letters required in the fifth step, the necessary heating (
Carrying out the process (betting processing or key ring processing),
The adhesive force of the pattern adhesive layer 6, which is an adhesive with a strong adhesive force, is strong, and the hot melt agent 8, which adheres to the pattern, becomes semi-dissolved and adheres to the pattern adhesive layer 6, forming a hot melt adhesive. The agent 7 is formed, and the lines and dots constituting the design are thermally transferred clearly and clearly, resulting in a finished product. - Also, to explain another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, in the third step of the above embodiment, a hot melt adhesive 7 is mixed in advance into the horizontal adhesive layer 6, which is a strong adhesive. A horizontal adhesive layer 6 mixed with a hot melt adhesive 7 is formed by a screen method, a spray method, or other means, and a supplementary fourth step, a fifth step,
This eliminates the need for the sixth step.

This invention has a structure as described above 1±゛, in which a temporary adhesive layer 2 is provided on a peelable fabric 1, and short fibers 4 made of a material such as rayon, nylon, polyester, Tetron, etc. are flocked to the temporary adhesive layer 2. A flocked layer 5 is formed by temporary adhesion, and a horizontal adhesive layer is formed on the flocked layer 5A using a phosphorescent adhesive 11 formed by mixing an adhesive stronger than the temporary adhesive layer 2 and a phosphorescent agent 3. 6 and the pattern adhesive layer 6 is provided with the hot melt adhesive 7, a desired pattern or literature can be applied to the processing surface 10, which is a transfer member 9 such as clothing such as a T-shirt or a bag. In order to transfer the adhesive layer 6 to the workpiece 10, first, the horizontal adhesive layer 6 is brought into close contact with the workpiece 10 by applying a weak average pressure as shown in FIG. Next, when the hot melt adhesive 7 is heated to a temperature at which it melts, the melted hot melt adhesive 7 flows into the assembling machine on the surface to be processed, and as the surface to be processed cools after heating, the hot melt adhesive 7 that has flowed in It will stick and form a strong adhesive state.

Next, when the surface to be processed has cooled, when the peeling material 1 is peeled off as shown in FIG. , it is strongly adhered, and unnecessary parts other than designs or letters are peeled off while remaining on the peeling amount fabric 1,
It is possible to form beautiful three-dimensional patterns, emits light with high brightness even in dark places, can be used in both bright and dark places, and is also easy to transfer to stretchable materials. When the transferred member expands and contracts, the gaps between the short fibers are appropriately adjusted by the pattern adhesive layer 6 containing a luminescent agent and the hot melt adhesive 7 to prevent the short fibers from falling off, creating a three-dimensional structure that emits light even in the dark. It is possible to obtain beautiful designs or characters.
