By using a phosphorescent agent that does not contain phosphorescent agents, it absorbs and accumulates light in bright places (sunlight, electric light, and other places where there is no light), and gradually releases light in dark places, creating patterns and letters. It emits light with high brightness and can be used in both bright and dark conditions. Examples of its use include clothing (T-shirts,

とができる商品としての仕上り状態となる。 In the first step, as shown in FIG. 3, a paste-like adhesive with relatively weak adhesive strength is applied to paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric, or other material for release as a base material 1 by screen printing, spraying, or other means. to form a temporary adhesive layer 2. In the second step, as shown in FIG. 4, the temporary adhesive layer 2 formed using the relatively weak paste-like adhesive formed in the first step is coated with materials such as rayon, nylon, Tetron, polyester, etc., and exposed to sunlight or electric light. The property of absorbing light rays, that is, stimulating rays, accumulating the light, and gradually emitting and emitting light. The property of ``absorption-accumulation-emission'' can be repeated any number of times, and even with low-intensity stimulating rays, it emits light with high brightness (bright) and emits light. A phosphorescent flocked layer 5 is formed by planting short fibers 4 mixed with a phosphorescent agent 3 having a long duration (afterglow time) in a dense and upright state by electrical or mechanical means. The solvent of the paste-like adhesive, which has a relatively weak adhesive force, is evaporated by means such as heat drying, and the adhesive is fixed to the release material 1. In the third step, as shown in FIG. 5, necessary designs or letters are applied by screen method, spray method, or other means on the phosphorescent flocked layer 5 that has been densely and uprightly flocked in the second step. Glue-like adhesives with strong adhesive strength, such as vinyl acetate, acrylic, and latex adhesives, absorb sunlight and electric light rays, that is, stimulating rays, accumulate light, and gradually emit light. Contains a phosphorescent agent 3 that can repeat the property ``absorption-accumulation-emission'' any number of times, and has the property of emitting high luminance (bright) light even with low-intensity stimulating light and having a long luminescence time (afterglow time). The patterned adhesive layer 6 is formed by partially burying the ends of the short fibers in the luminescent adhesive. In the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 6, a phosphorescent adhesive formed by mixing a glue-like adhesive with a strong adhesive force and a phosphorescent agent 3, which is layered on the required pattern or character in the third step. A hot melt agent 8 in the form of hot melt resin particles or powder is sprinkled onto the patterned adhesive layer 6 formed with the agent 11 to bond it with high density. In the fifth step, as shown in Figure 7,
A paste-like adhesive having a strong adhesive force for the necessary patterns or letters formed in the step and the fourth step and a glue having a strong adhesive force for fixing the hot melt agent 8 sprinkled thereon. By drying the solvent of the adhesive by heating or other means, the adhesive having strong adhesive strength and the hot melt agent 8 are fixed, and the hot melt adhered to the areas other than the pattern adhesive layer 6, such as necessary designs or letters, is further dried. The hot melt agent 8 in the form of resin particles or powder is removed by means such as brushing. In the sixth step, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, after removing the hot melt agent 8 that has adhered to areas other than the pattern adhesive layer 6 such as patterns or letters required in the fifth step, the necessary heating ( carrying out the baking or curing process),
Pattern adhesive layer 6, which is an adhesive with strong adhesive strength
The adhesive force becomes strong, and the hot melt adhesive 8 that is fixed in the pattern becomes semi-dissolved and adheres to the pattern adhesive layer 6 to form the hot melt adhesive 7.
The finished state of the product is such that the lines and dots that make up the design can be thermally transferred clearly and clearly.

A phosphorescent adhesive formed by temporarily attaching flocking to layer 2 to form a phosphorescent flocking layer 5, and mixing an adhesive stronger than the temporary adhesive layer 2 and a phosphorescent agent 3 on the phosphorescent flocking layer 5. By providing the pattern adhesive layer 6 in step 11 and providing the pattern adhesive layer 6 with the hot melt adhesive 7, it is possible to attach desired designs or characters to clothing items such as T-shirts, etc.
In order to transfer the pattern to the processed surface 10, which is the transferred member 9 such as a bag, first, the pattern adhesive layer 6 is brought into close contact with the processed surface 10 by applying a weak average pressure as shown in FIG. The hot melt adhesive 7 is then heated to a temperature at which the hot melt adhesive 7 melts.
The hot melt adhesive 7 flows into the structure of the processed surface, and as the processed surface cools after being heated, the hot melt adhesive 7 that has flowed in fixes and becomes a strong adhesive state.

ある。 Next, when the surface to be processed has cooled and the base material 1 for peeling is peeled off as shown in FIG. , it adheres strongly and peels off with unnecessary parts other than designs or letters remaining on the peeling base material 1, making it possible to form beautiful three-dimensional designs and emitting high brightness even in dark places. However, it can be used in both bright and dark places, and it is also easy to transfer to a material to be transferred that has elasticity. The gap is appropriately adjusted by the luminescent pattern adhesive layer 6 and the hot melt adhesive 7 to prevent short fibers from falling off, making it possible to obtain three-dimensional and beautiful designs or letters that emit light even in the dark. It is possible.
