[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventional flocked transfer fabrics with patterns and letters are intended for use in bright places and cannot serve their purpose in dark places. By using a phosphorescent agent that does not contain phosphorescent agents, it absorbs and accumulates light in bright places (sunlight, electric light, and places where there is no local area), and gradually releases light in dark places, creating patterns and letters. It emits light with high brightness and can be used in both bright and dark conditions. Examples of its use include chest marks on clothing (T-shirts, etc.), back marks on sports clothing, jackets for motorcycles, etc.
The present invention relates to a heat-reversible phosphorescent flocked transfer fabric that is intended to contribute to traffic safety at night when used for infant clothing, bags, etc.

In the first step, as shown in Fig. 3, a paste-like adhesive with a relatively weak adhesive force is applied to paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric, or other material for release as a base material 1 using a screen printing method, a spray method, or other method. The temporary adhesive layer 2 is formed by applying the adhesive by the following means. In the second step, as shown in FIG. 4, short fibers made of a material such as rayon, nylon, Tetron, polyester, etc. The surface of the material piece 11 has the property of absorbing sunlight and electric light rays, that is, stimulating rays, accumulating light, and gradually emitting light.
The phosphorescent agent 3 can repeat the process of "absorption-accumulation-emission" any number of times, and has the property of emitting high luminance ((bright) light even with low-intensity stimulating light and having a long luminescence time (11'l at afterglow). Dye-
The phosphorescent flocked layer 5 is formed by flocking the short fibers JI4 in an upright state with high density by electrical or mechanical means, and then a paste-like adhesive with relatively weak adhesive force is formed by heat drying or other means. The solvent is evaporated to make it adhere to the release base material 1. In the third step, as shown in FIG. 5, necessary designs or letters are applied on the luminescent flocked layer 5, which is densely and uprightly flocked in the second step, by a screen method, a spray method, or other means. , using a luminescent adhesive 12 in which a luminescent agent 3 is mixed into a paste-like adhesive having strong adhesive strength, such as a vinyl acetate adhesive, an acrylic adhesive, a latex adhesive, etc.
The pattern adhesive layer 6 is formed so that a part of the tips of the short fibers are buried.
form. In the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 6, a phosphorescent adhesive formed by mixing a glue-like adhesive with a strong adhesive force and a phosphorescent agent 3, which is layered on the required pattern or character in the third step. A hot melt agent 8 in the form of hot melt resin particles or powder is sprinkled on the patterned adhesive layer 6 formed with the agent 12 to bond it with high density. In the fifth step, as shown in FIG. 7, a glue-like adhesive with strong adhesive strength is applied to the required patterns or letters formed in the third and fourth steps, and hot glue is sprinkled on top of it. In order to fix the melt agent 8, the solvent of the glue-like adhesive having strong adhesive force is dried by heating or other means to form the adhesive having strong adhesive force and the hot melt agent 8.
Further, the hot melt agent 8 in the form of hot melt resin particles or powder adhering to areas other than the pattern adhesive layer 6 such as necessary designs or letters is removed by means such as brushing. In the sixth step, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, after removing the hot melt agent 8 that has adhered to areas other than the pattern adhesive layer 6 such as patterns or letters required in the fifth step, By performing a heating (baking process or curing process) process, the adhesive force of the pattern adhesive layer 6, which is an adhesive with strong adhesive force, becomes strong, and the hot melt agent 8 that is fixed in the pattern shape is semi-dissolved. The adhesive adheres to the pattern adhesive layer 6 to form a hot melt adhesive 7, resulting in a finished product in which the lines and dots constituting the pattern can be clearly and vividly thermally transferred.

To explain another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12), a hot melt adhesive 7 is mixed in advance into the pattern adhesive layer 6, which is a strong adhesive, in the third step of the above embodiment, and then the screen is bonded. The fourth step is performed by forming a patterned adhesive layer 6 mixed with a hot melt adhesive 7 using a spray method or other means, and subjecting it to heat treatment or the like.
This eliminates the need for the fifth and sixth steps.

By providing the hot melt adhesive 7 in the pattern adhesive layer 6, it is possible to attach the desired design or characters to the T.
In order to transfer the pattern onto the processed surface 10, which is the transferred member 9 such as clothing such as a shirt or bag, first apply a weak average pressure to the pattern adhesive layer 6 as shown in FIG. Bring it into close contact. Next, when the hot melt adhesive 7 is heated to a temperature at which it melts, the melted hot melt adhesive 7 flows into the structure of the processed surface, and as the processed surface cools after heating, the hot melt adhesive 7 that has flowed in is fixed. This creates a strong bond.

Next, when the surface to be processed has cooled, when the base material for peeling 1 is peeled off as shown in FIG. 9, the hot melt adhesive 7 will flow into the surface to be processed into the necessary parts such as patterns or letters. The adhesive is strongly bonded, and unnecessary parts other than designs or letters are peeled off while remaining on the peeling base material 1.
It is possible to form beautiful three-dimensional patterns, emits light with high brightness even in dark places, can be used in both bright and bright places, and is also easy to transfer to stretchable materials. Therefore, when the transferred member expands and contracts, the gaps between the luminescent short fibers are appropriately adjusted by the luminescent pattern adhesive layer 6 and the hot melt adhesive 7 to prevent the short fibers from falling off. By the way, it is possible to obtain beautiful three-dimensional designs or letters that emit light.
