[Detailed Description of the Invention] Conventional flocked transfer fabrics with patterns and letters are intended for use in bright places and cannot serve their purpose in dark places. By using a phosphorescent agent that does not contain phosphorescent agents, it absorbs and accumulates light in bright places (sunlight, electric light, and places where there is no local area), and gradually releases light in dark places, creating patterns and letters. It emits light with high brightness and can be used in both bright and dark conditions. Examples of its use include chest marks on clothing (T-shirts, etc.), back marks on sports clothing, jackets for motorcycles, etc.
The present invention relates to a heat-reversible phosphorescent flocked transfer fabric that is intended to contribute to traffic safety at night when used for infant clothing, bags, etc.

In the first step, as shown in Fig. 3, a paste-like adhesive with relatively weak adhesive strength is applied to paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric, or other material for release as a base by spraying or other means. Then, a temporary adhesive layer 2 is formed. In the second step, as shown in FIG. 4, short strips of material such as rayon, nylon, Tetron, polyester, etc. The fibers 4 are flocked in a dense and upright state by electrical or mechanical means to form a flocked layer 5, and the solvent of the paste-like adhesive, which has a relatively weak adhesive force, is evaporated by means such as heat drying. Mother fabric for peeling 1
to be fixed to. In the third step, as shown in Figure 5, the upper surface of the flocked layer 5, which was densely and uprightly flocked in the second step, was sprayed with one method or other means. , a glue-like adhesive with strong adhesive strength, such as vinyl acetate, acrylic, or Latinx adhesive, absorbs sunlight or electric light rays, i.e., stimulating rays, accumulates light, and gradually releases light. Contains a phosphorescent agent 3 which has the property of being able to repeat the "absorption-accumulation-emission" process over and over again, and also has the property of emitting light with high brightness (brightness) even with low-intensity stimulating light and having a long luminescence time (afterglow time). The adhesive layer 6 is formed in such a way that a part of the tips of the short fibers are buried in the phosphorescent adhesive 12 contained therein. In the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 6, a paste-like adhesive layered in the third step and having a strong adhesive force was mixed with the phosphorescent agent 3, and a phosphorescent adhesive 12 was formed. A hot melt agent 8 in the form of hot melt resin particles or powder is sprinkled on the adhesive layer 6 to achieve high density adhesion. In the fifth step, as shown in FIG. 7, the paste-like adhesive with strong adhesive force formed in the third and fourth steps and the hot melt agent 8 sprinkled on it are bonded together with a strong adhesive. The solvent of the glue-like adhesive with strong adhesive strength is dried by heating or other means to fix the adhesive with strong adhesive strength and the hot melt agent 8, and then the excess hot melt resin particles or powder are removed. The hot melt agent 8 is removed by means such as brushing. 6th
In the process, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, after removing the hot melt agent 8 that has adhered in excess in the fifth process, the necessary heating (baking process or curing process) process is carried out to create a strong bond. The adhesive force of the adhesive layer 6, which is a strong adhesive, becomes strong, and the fixed hot melt agent 8 becomes completely molten and adheres to the adhesive layer 6 to form the hot melt adhesive 7, and the hot melt adhesive 7 becomes clear. It becomes a finished state as a product that can be thermally transferred.

To explain another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, in the third step of the above embodiment, a hot melt adhesive 7 is mixed in advance into the adhesive layer 6, which is a strong adhesive, and a spray method is used. The patterned adhesive layer 6 mixed with the hot melt adhesive 7 is formed by other means, and the fourth step and the fifth step 1. This eliminates the need for the sixth step.

This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and a temporary adhesive layer 2 is provided on the release base material 1, and short aJ414 made of a material such as rayon, nylon, polyester, Tetron, etc. is flocked to the temporary adhesive layer 2. A flocked layer 5 is formed by temporary bonding, and an adhesive layer 6 is formed on the entire surface of the flocked layer 5 with a phosphorescent adhesive 12 formed by mixing an adhesive stronger than the temporary adhesive layer 2 and a phosphorescent agent 3. By providing a hot melt adhesive 7 in the adhesive layer 6, it is possible to cut out a desired pattern or letters from the fabric and apply liquid to the material 9 to be transferred such as clothing such as a T-shirt or bag. “To transfer onto the work surface 10, first the adhesive layer 6
As shown in FIG. 8, a slight pressure is applied to the surface to make it come into close contact with the surface to be processed 10. Next, when heated once the hot melt adhesive 7 is dissolved, the melted hot melt adhesive 7 flows into the structure of the processed surface, and after heating, the liquid is added] As the two surfaces cool, the hot melt adhesive 7 that has flowed 7 is fixed and becomes a strong adhesive state.

Next, when the surface to be processed cools down, as shown in FIG. The cutout-shaped part 13 is formed, and as shown in FIG. 10, a beautiful three-dimensional pattern can be formed, and it emits light with high brightness even in a dark place, so it can be used in both bright and dark places. Furthermore, it is easy to transfer to a material to be transferred that has elasticity, and when the material to be transferred is expanded and contracted, the gap between the short fibers having luminous properties is filled with the adhesive layer 6 having luminous property and the hot melt. The adhesive layer 6 is adjusted appropriately to prevent the short fibers from falling off, and the adhesive layer 6 emits light even in the dark, allowing the desired three-dimensional and beautiful cut-out designs, letters, etc. to be obtained. ′ Moreover, it has an extremely simple two-structure, is suitable for mass production, can be provided at low cost, and can be easily transcribed by women and girls using an iron. It has many industrial effects, such as being able to form interesting patterns.
