≪Operations and Effects of the Invention≫ The present invention has the above-described structure, and a colorless glue-like adhesive that strongly adheres to the heat-resistant, transparent and tough release film 1 is coated to form a colorless temporary film. An adhesive layer 2 is formed. Next, colorless short fibers 3 made of a material such as rayon, nylon, Tetron, polyester, etc. are flocked in a dense and upright state on the entire surface of the temporary adhesive layer 2 while the temporary adhesive layer 2 is pasty and has not yet dried. A flocked layer 4 is formed, and the solvent of the glue-like adhesive is evaporated to temporarily attach the short fibers 3 to the release mother film 1, and the temporary adhesive layer 2 and the release mother film 1 are bonded together.
and fix it. Next, by printing on the flocked layer 4, the short fibers 3 are colored with a coloring agent 12 such as a pigment or dye so as to form a colored layer 9 with a desired pattern or letter-like pattern, and the colorless temporary adhesive layer 2 is also colored. Pattern colored layer 9
A colored temporary adhesive layer 16 is formed in the same color and shape. Next, the colored short fibers 1 on which the patterned colored layer 9 was formed
3, a patterned adhesive layer 6 is formed using a glue-like adhesive having stronger adhesive force and elasticity than the temporary adhesive layer 2, with the tips 5 of the colored short fibers 13 buried therein. do. Next, a hot melt agent 15 in the form of hot melt resin particles or powder is adhered to the entire surface of the pattern adhesive layer 6 while the pattern adhesive layer 6 is in the form of a paste and has not yet dried, and the solvent of the paste adhesive is evaporated. By forming a heat-reversible flocked transfer fabric 21 by forming a hot-melt adhesive layer 7 on the surface, a pattern 19 corresponding to the pattern colored layer 9 can be transferred to the surface to be processed, which is a transfer member 11 such as clothing such as a T-shirt. 20, the hot melt adhesive 7 of the transfer member piece 18 having the required pattern colored layer 9 is brought into close contact with the surface to be processed 20, and the hot melt adhesive layer 7 is melted with a heating device such as an iron. When heated at a high temperature, the melted hot melt adhesive layer 7 flows into the texture of the processed surface 20 of the transferred member 11, and as the processed surface 20 cools after heating, the hot melt adhesive layer 7 that has flowed in flows into the texture of the processed surface 20 of the transferred member 11. The hot melt adhesive layer 7 flows into the structure of the processed surface 20, and as the processed surface 20 cools after being heated, the hot melt adhesive layer 7 that has flowed in is fixed and becomes a strong adhesive state.

Next, when the surface to be processed 20 has cooled down and the release base film 1 is peeled off as shown in FIG. By doing so, it is possible to form a beautiful three-dimensional pattern with strong adhesion, and furthermore, it is easy to transfer to the transfer target member 11 having elasticity, and the transfer target member 11 can be easily expanded and contracted. At this time, the gaps between the colored short fibers 13 are appropriately adjusted by the pattern adhesive layer 6 to prevent the colored short fibers 13 whose tips 5 are embedded in the pattern adhesive layer 6 from falling off, thereby obtaining a three-dimensional and beautiful pattern. It is something that can be done.

Further, the release mother film 1 is heat resistant, does not deform due to heat, is strong, and is transparent.
Furthermore, since the colored temporary adhesive layer 16 is colored in the same shape and the same color as the patterned colored layer 9 made of colored short fibers 13, the colored temporary adhesive layer 16 can be clearly seen through from the back side.
The orientation of the pattern-colored layer 9 and the clothing to be transferred can be thoroughly considered before pasting, and the pasting position can be easily confirmed and there is no failure when transferring and pasting onto the transfer target member 11. It can be transferred and is easy to handle and can be attached to expensive clothing with peace of mind, but the pattern 19 with an unsuitable shape or color may be transferred and ruin the high-end clothing. There is no.

1. A colorless paste-like adhesive that strongly adheres to a heat-resistant, transparent and tough release film 1 is applied to form a colorless temporary adhesive layer 2. Next, colorless short fibers 3 made of a material such as rayon, nylon, Tetron, polyester, etc. are flocked in a dense and upright state on the entire surface of the temporary adhesive layer 2 while the temporary adhesive layer 2 is pasty and has not yet dried. A flocked layer 4 is formed, and the solvent of the glue-like adhesive is evaporated to temporarily attach the short fibers 3 to the release mother film 1, and at the same time, the temporary adhesive layer 2 and the release mother film 1 are fixed. Next, by printing on the flocked layer 4, the short fibers 3 are colored with a coloring agent 12 such as a pigment or dye so as to form a colored layer 9 with a desired pattern or letter-like pattern, and at the same time, the temporary adhesive layer 2 is colorless.
A colored temporary adhesive layer 16 colored in the same color and shape as the pattern colored layer 9 is formed. Next, on top of the colored short fibers 13 on which the patterned colored layer 9 has been formed, the tips 5 of the colored short fibers 13 are glued with a glue-like adhesive that has stronger adhesive force and elasticity than the temporary adhesive layer 2. The patterned adhesive layer 6 is formed in such a state that the patterned adhesive layer 6 is buried. A method for producing a heat reversible flocked transfer fabric, comprising forming a hot melt adhesive layer 7 on the fabric.
