り、ネーム文字層5に位置した短繊維3の先端部

乾燥等の手段により仮接着層2の接着剤の溶剤を
蒸発させて剥離用母フイルム1に短繊維3を固着
させ、植毛生地12を形成する。更に植毛層4の
短繊維3をスクリーン版や、その他の印刷手段に
より顔料、染料等の着色剤にて着色して着色短繊
維8を設けたネーム文字層5と記号着色層6と連
設目印層13を形成し、且つ仮接着層2を透明又
は半透明としたことによりネーム文字層5と記号
着色層6と連設目印層13の色彩が同一に表われ
て剥離用母フイルム1の裏面から色彩を知ること
ができるものである。又ネーム文字層5を形成し
た着色短繊維8及び短繊維3の上にスクリーン方
式、スプレー方式、その他の手段により、ネーム
文字層5の周縁より食み出した食み出し縁7を設
けて、仮接着層2よりも強力な接着力並びに伸縮
性を有する糊状の強力接着剤20、例えば酢酸ビ
ニール系、アクリル系、ラテツクス系等とホツト
メル樹脂の粒子又は粉末のホツトメルト剤11と
を混合した接着剤により、ネーム文字層5に位置
した短繊維3の先端部9が埋没する状態にしてネ
ーム文字接着層10を形成し、ネーム文字層5,

材16である被加工面17にネームを転写するに
は、必要とするネーム文字層5を備えたネーム板
15のネーム文字接着層10を被加工面17に当
て、アイロン等の加熱器でホツトメルト接着層1
