立体模様を得ることができない等のおそれがあった。(Prior technology) The second type of heat reversible flocked transfer fabric that can attach transferred three-dimensional patterns to clothing etc. by thermal transfer.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 28 (a) and (b), a flocked fabric 5 is provided with a flocked layer 4 of the flocked fabric by flocking short fibers 3 on a peeling base plate 1 via a temporary adhesive layer 2. A strong adhesive layer 27 having a stronger adhesive force than the temporary adhesive layer 2 and a hot melt agent layer 11 are provided on the flocked layer 4 to form a heat reversible flocked transfer fabric 20. As shown in FIGS. 28(a) and 29(b), it is known that a three-dimensional flocked layer 21 can be obtained by thermal reversal adhesion to a transferred member 22. (Refer to Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-35619.) (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, this method does not allow the three-dimensional flocked layer 2 formed at the time of reversal.
The length of the short fibers 3.3 forming 1 results in a finished product with a constant thickness, which limits the expression of designs, and there is a fear that it may not be possible to obtain a varied three-dimensional pattern.

Process of applying adhesive to form temporary adhesive layer 2 The short fibers 3 are fixed, and the short fibers 3 formed of materials such as rayon, nylon, Tetron, polyester, etc. are placed in a dense and upright state on the temporary adhesive layer 2. Flocking to form a flocked layer 4, drying to evaporate the solvent of the adhesive of the temporary adhesive layer 2, fixing the short fibers 3 to the base plate 1, forming the flocked fabric 5 fixing the short fibers 3, Use an adhesive on the flocked layer 4 to prevent the peeling of the knowledge i & t3 from the temporary adhesive layer 2 #! Process of forming a patterned adhesive layer 7 by coating the short fibers 3 so that the tip 6 of the patterned adhesive layer 7 is buried, and scattering a patterned layer such as pearl powder, which can be peeled off from the patterned adhesive layer 7, on the top surface of the patterned adhesive layer 7. The short fibers 3 are fixed and applied to the upper surface of the pattern powder layer 8 to form a pattern layer 9 which is peeled off from the pattern adhesive layer 7 and adhered to the pattern powder layer 8. The short fibers 3 are adhered to the pattern layer 9 on top of the short fibers 3 of the flocked layer 4 at the upper surface of the pattern layer 9 and the position protruding from the upper surface of the pattern layer 9. Apply a paste-like adhesive that has adhesive strength and elasticity,
A step of forming a fixing pattern adhesive layer 10 in a state in which the top surface of the pattern layer 9 and the tips 6 of the short fibers 3 are buried, and a step of applying hot melt resin particles or By forming a heat reversal type flocked transfer fabric in the process of forming the hot melt agent layer 11 such as powder, it corresponds to the pattern adhesive layer 10 for fixation, and further contains short fibers 3.3. . . . transfers a pattern 23 having a patterned portion 24 on which a pattern layer of non-flocked pearl powder or the like appears and a flocked pattern surface 25 to a transfer material 22 such as clothing such as a T-shirt or a bag. Is the transfer formation performed on the processing surface 2-1? For the transfer formation, the hot melt agent layer 11 is brought into close contact with the processing surface 21 of the transfer target member 22, and the hot melt agent layer 11 is heated with a heater such as an iron. When heated to a temperature at which it melts, the melted hot melt agent layer 11 flows into the structure of the processed surface 21 of the transferred member 22, and as the processed surface 21 cools after heating, the hot melt agent layer 11 that has flowed in is fixed. When the base plate 1 is peeled off as shown in FIG. 11 after the adhesive is strong and the surface 21 to be processed is cooled, the hot melt agent layer 11 is attached to the surface 21 where the pattern adhesive layer 7 is. By flowing in, it is possible to strongly adhere and form a clear three-dimensional pattern with beautiful texture, and furthermore, it is easy to transfer to the transfer target member 22 having elasticity. , knowledge [3, 3...
A three-dimensional and beautiful pattern can be obtained by appropriately adjusting the gap between the short fibers 3, 3, etc. with the pattern adhesive layer 7 to prevent the short fibers 3, 3... whose tips 6 are embedded in the pattern adhesive layer 7 from falling off. Furthermore, since the pattern powder layer 8 appears during transfer and the pattern layer 9 is present on the back surface, the pattern of the pattern powder layer 8 located on the pattern surface 24 can be more accurately expressed.
