ブロワ−を使用する型式の空気分離装置に於て、廃ガス
出口配管を二分して一方を制動ブロワ−１１人口へ連結
するとともに他方を三方弁１３を介して加熱器１４に連
結し、前記制動ブロワ−１１の出口配管１２を二分して
その一方を前記三方弁１３を介して加熱器１４に連結し
、かつ加熱器１４の出口配管１５を前記吸着器１または
１′に連結し、前記二分した一方を保圧弁２３を介して
大気へ開放して構成したことを特徴とする］ 空気分
