本体部で分離して導出されるガスを加熱して導入
し、該吸着器の加熱再生を行う空気分離装置にお
いて、前記吸着器で精製された後の原料空気ある
いは空気分離装置本体部で分離された後の分離ガ
スを圧縮する膨張タービン制動ブロワと、該膨張
タービン制動ブロワの吐出側に設けられ、該膨張
タービン制動ブロワで圧縮されて高温となつた前
記原料空気あるいは分離ガスを加熱源として、前
記空気分離装置本体部から導出されて吸着器の再
生ガスとして用いられるガスを加熱する熱交換器
