Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明状容器底部O成形方法および成形装置に関する。
近年、紙コツプ等の、紙を素材としたー器が広〈用いら
れている。従来これ勢の容器は、紙等の素材を芯層に用
い、骸芯層の表裏両面に合成樹脂層を積層してなる素材
から、筒状の胴部と、絃胴部底部内面に嵌合する形状を
有し且つ端部に鍔部を一体的に設けてなる底面部を形成
し、該胴部底部内面に#底面部を嵌合して形成される容
器の底部下部内周面を、加熱空気あるい社バーナー等に
より加熱して、胴部の底部端縁部、底面部の鰐部付近の
合成樹脂層を溶融せしめ、次いで、上記底部端縁部を折
り曲は用型によって内方に折り一げた後、圧着用型によ
り、鍔部と、上記新砂曲は用型により内方に折り曲げら
れ丸底部端縁部とを重合させ且つこれを押圧して加熱溶
融された合成樹脂層を介して鍔部と胴部下部とを熱圧着
し、胴部と底面部とを一体成形して得られる。
しかしながら、上記の方法により容器底部の成形を行な
う場合、容器の底部下部内周面の加熱を行なった際に、
熱伝導によって、底部下部内周面の樹脂層のみならず、
胴部下部の外周面の樹脂層をも溶融させてしまうため、
折り−は用型や圧着用型により抑圧を加えると胴部下部
の外周面付近の溶融し九合成樹脂が型に付着して芯層よ
り剥離し、溶量が不良品として成形される。この九め、
折り−げ用型、圧着用型表面にテア0ンコート等の滑り
対策を施した抄、潤滑剤塗布を施す勢の対策を行なって
いるが、効果および耐久性の面で不充分なものであった
本発明は上記の点に鑑みなされ丸もので、容器底部の熱
圧着強度を損なうことなく・熱圧着工程における樹脂層
剥離による不良品を防止することができる容器底部の成
形方法および成形装置を提供することを目的とする。
即ち、本発明の1つ社、芯層と該芯層の表裏両面に積層
され九合成樹脂層とから擾る素材にて、筒状の胴部と、
該胴部底部内面に嵌合する形状を有し且つ端部に鍔部を
一体的に設けてなる底面部とを形成し、該胴部底部内面
に咳底面部を嵌合して形成され九容器の底部下部内局面
を加熱して胴部の底部端縁部と底面部の鍔部の各合成樹
脂層を溶融せしめ、次いで胴部下部の外周INK冷却用
気体を供給して鋏胴部下部の外周面の合成樹脂層をつ該
重合部を押圧し、加熱溶融された合成樹脂層を介して、
鍔部と胴部下部とを熱圧着して胴部と底面部とを一体成
形することを特徴とする容量底部の成形方法を要旨とす
る。本発明のいま1つは、芯層と該芯層の表裏両面に積
層された合成樹脂層とからなる素材にて形成され丸筒状
の胴部底部内面に該胴部底部内面に嵌合する形状を有し
且つ端部に鍔部を一体的−に設けてなり、上記素材にて
形めるための加熱手段と、胴部の端縁部を内方に折り曲
げる丸めの折り曲は用型と、該折り曲は用型に設置ら親
綱部下部の外周面を冷却する冷却用気体を供給する冷却
管と、鍔部と上記内方に新砂曲けられ丸底部端縁部とを
重合させ且つこれを押圧して、加熱溶融された合成樹脂
層を介して鍔部と胴部下部とを熱圧着するための圧着−
用型とからなゐことを特徴とする容器底部の成形装置を
要旨とする。
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基き説明する。
第1図〜#14図れ、本発明により断面円形状の容S底
部を成形する工程の1例を示すものであり、第1図社容
器1を筒状の胴部2に底面部3を嵌合して形成した状態
を示し、4は胴部2の底部端綴部、5祉底面部80m1
lK一体的に設置られた鍔部、6は口部である。胴11
2と底面部3の嵌合により形成され九容器!O底部は底
面部8により底部下部71と底部上部7bとに分割され
る。胴部2および底面部3社芯層8の表裏両面に合成樹
脂層9 、 f 、10.1゛σを積層してなる素材に
よ抄構成されている。
第2図は、#I1図に示す容器1の底部下部内周面11
(底部端縁部と鍔部とKよって構成される容器底部下−
の内側周面)K熱風供給管12の熱風供給口18ヨシ、
熱□風を供給する工程を示すもので熱風加熱により底部
下部内周面110金成樹脂層9ゼ、10ぎが溶融される
。この際熱伝導によシ鍔部5の外周面と該鍔部5と当接
する胴部2の当接面の合成樹脂層10亀、9Mおよび胴
部下部14の外側向付近の合成樹脂層91も同時に溶融
される。次いで折り曲は用1115が矢印上方向に降下
し、該新砂曲げ用型15の下部に設置られ九冷却管16
の冷却気体供給口17より冷却気体を供給し、胴部下部
14の外周間の合成樹脂層91を冷却すると共に1該折
り曲は用型璽5の降下に伴って、底部端縁部4が該新砂
−げ用1115に設けられた凹部18にガイドされて内
方に折り曲けられる。鍔部5と上記内方に新砂曲けられ
た底部端縁部4とは圧着用型19によって重合され且つ
該重合部は該圧着用型19により押圧され鍔部5と胴部
下1114とが鍔部5内周面と底部端縁部4内周面およ
び鍔部5外周面と該鍔部5と当接する胴部2の当接面の
合成樹脂層91’、10ゼおよびslf、ioaを介し
て熱圧着さ貴る(第4図)圧着用型19は例えば第4図
に示すように、端部押圧1f2G、外側部抑圧112!
4、内側部押圧@22から構成され、内伺郁押圧112
2は軸23と、該軸23に対し回転自在に設けられた回
転ローフ−24とから構成される。また外側部押圧1f
21には必要により冷却水循環孔25が設けられる。
内側部押圧1122は回転a−,y−24によって底部
端縁部4と鍔部5とを重合せしめ且つ該重合部を押圧す
ると共に軸23が容器1の中心線(便宜上、諌中心線を
一点鎖線で示す)を中心に回転し、軸2sois転に伴
って、底部端縁部4と鍔部5の回転−−1−24によ伽
重合、押圧される位置が―次移動して熱圧着が行なわれ
、胴部2と底面部3とが一体に成形されるが、圧着用型
19は底部端縁部4と鍔部5とを重合せしめ、且つ該重
合部を押圧して鍔部5と胴部下部14と0熱圧着が行な
われるよう構成されていれば良く、本実施例の圧着用型
19の構成、作用において限定されるものではない。
以上説明し良ように本発明方法は筒状の胴部と、該胴部
に嵌合する形状を有し且つ端部に鍔部を一体的に設置て
なる底面部とを嵌合して形成される容器底部下部内周面
を加熱して胴部の端縁部と底面部の鍔部の各合成樹脂層
を溶融せしめた後、胴部下部の外周面に冷却用気体を供
給して骸胴部下部の外周面の合成樹脂層を冷却すると共
に、胴部の底部端縁部と内方に折amける方法を採用し
、且つ本発明装置はそのための構成を備えているから、
底部端縁部の折り曲げ時や、該底部端縁部を新砂蘭げた
後、底部端縁部と鍔部とを重合せしめ且つ骸重金部を押
圧して加熱溶融され九合成樹脂層を介して鍔部と胴部下
部とを熱圧着するIIK胴部下部の外周面側の合成樹脂
層の剥離を防止することができ、合成樹脂層の剥離によ
る不良容器の発生を防止できる効果がある。
i丸胴部下部の外周面の冷却を行なうと共に底部端縁部
の折艶曲けを行なうことにより冷却用気体の供給時間線
短く、従って胴部下部の外周面側の合成樹脂層のみが冷
却され、底部下部内周面側の合成樹脂層の温度は低下し
ないため、容器底部の熱圧着強度が損われない利点を有
する。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)芯層と鋏芯層の表裏両面に積層された合成樹脂層
    とからなる素材にて、筒状の胴部と、該胴部底部内面に
    嵌合する形状を有し且つ端部に鍔部を一体的に設けてな
    る底面部とを形成し、該胴部底部内面IIcIc両底面
    部合して形成された容器の底部下部内周面を加熱して胴
    部の底部端縁部゛と底面部の鍔部の各合成樹脂層を溶融
    せしめ、次いで胴部下部の外周面に冷却用気体を供給し
    て皺胴部下部の外周面の合成樹脂、層を冷却鋏重合部を
    押圧し、加勢溶融され九合成樹脂層を介して鍔部と胴部
    下部とを熱圧着して胴部と底面部とを結合一体化するこ
    とを特徴とする容器底部の成形方法。
  2. (2)芯層と鋏芯層の表裏両面に積層され重合・成樹脂
    層とからなる素材にて形成され丸筒状O胴部底部内面に
    該胴部底部内面に嵌合する形状を有し且り7端部に鍔部
    を一体的に設叶てtk1上記素材にて形成された底面部
    を嵌合して形成さ杆れえ容器の底部下部内周面を加熱し
    て胴部の底部端縁部と底面部の鍔部の各合成樹脂層を溶
    融せしめる丸めの加熱手段と、胴部の端縁部を内方に新
    砂−ける良めの折り−は用型と、皺折り−は用型に設け
    られ、胴部下部の外周面を冷却する冷却用気体を供給す
    る冷却管と、鍔部と上記内方に新参−けられた底部端縁
    部とを重合させ且つこれを押圧して加熱溶融された合成
    樹脂′層を介して鍔部と胴部と胴部下部とを熱圧着する
    ための圧着用層とからなることを特徴とする容器底部の
    成形装置。
