線図、第２図はそのテスト拡張を示す路線図、第３図は
この考案によるマイクロプログラム拡張テスト装置の一
例を示す路線図である。 第３図において、１０：マイクロ命令レジスタ、２１〜
２４：拡張テスト対象点の状態が与えられる第２マルチ
プレクサ、５０：拡張前のテスト対象点の状態が与えら
れる第１マルチプレクサ、６０：保持回路。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ａ　アドレス作成回路と、 Ｂ　このアドレス作成回路から出力されるアドレス信号
    によりアクセスされてマイクロ命令が読出される制御記
    憶ユニットと、 Ｃこの制御記憶ユニットから読出されるマイクロ命令を
    ストアするマイクロ命令レジスタと、Ｄ　このマイクロ
    命令レジスタにストアされたマイクロ命令により拡張前
    の複数のテスト対象点の１つを選択する第１マルチプレ
    クサと、Ｅ　複数の拡張されたマイクロプログラムテス
    ト対象点を入力とし、上記マイクロ命令レジスタにスト
    アされたマイクロ命令により指定されて拡張されたマイ
    クロプログラムテスト対象点の・、　こ♀ニジ。：；ゴ
    ｙ゛゛°″′１“′１′１、Ｆ　　この第２マルチプレ
    クサの出力を上記マイクロ命令レジスタにストアされた
    マイクロ命令の−制御により保持し、その保持出力を上
    記第１マルチプレクサに拡張前のテスト対象点の１つと
    して供給する保持回路と、 Ｇ　上記第１マルチプレクサの出力を上記アドレス作成
    回路に与え上記制御記憶ユニットに与えるアドレスを変
    化させる手段と、 を具備して成るマイクロプログラム拡張テスト装置。
