回路の間に接続され、複数入力のアナログ量間における
相関関係に基づき異常を検出し、検出レベルを低く整定
した異常検出回路と、その異常検出出力が一定時間継続
した時に出力を発生する時限回路とを設け、一定時間以
上前記異常検出回路の異常検出出力が継続した時にデー
タ処理回路をロックするように構成したことを特徴とす
