Abstract

PURPOSE: To diagnose the existence of troubles of plural analog output circuits at the same time by applying input so that the same value is applied to the plural analog outputs and detecting the max. and min. value of the plural analog outputs in respect to the diagnosis for troubles of an analog output interface.
CONSTITUTION: In case of trouble diagnosis, an input to output the fixed voltage is applied to DA converters 301 to 30n by means of processor 100 and address decorder 110. Max. value detecting circuit 501 and min. value detecting circuit 511 are connected to the outputs of DA converters 301 to 30n and then the outputs of DA converters 301 to 30n are connected to insulating circuits 401 to 40n. Moreover, max. value detecting circuit 502 and min. value detecting circuit 512 are also connected to insulating circuits 401 to 40n. As the result, the existence of troubles and the portion developing troubles can be decided by the detected output of detecting circuits 501, 502, 511, and 512 mentioned above.
