Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 伸長マット状に形成された弾性材料の複数の平行な
流体伝導チューブおよびそれぞれの隣接対チューブを接
続する複数の可視性ウェブから成り、第1中空マニホー
ルドおよび第2中空マニホールドが上記流体伝導チュー
ブを横切って配列されており、各チューブの一端は第1
マニホールドに接続し、各チューブの他端は第2マニホ
ールドに接続して、各チューブを介して第1マニホール
ドから第2マニホールドへクローズトループ流体伝導路
を形成しており、隣接チューブ間のウェブはマットの少
なくとも2つの縦間隔部で2つの間隔引裂線に沿って該
チコ一ブから分離されていることを特徴とする熱交換器
。 2 中心マット部分がウェブから離れて存在し、一つの
位置に各チューブの対向端が配設されている前記第1項
記載の熱交換器。 3 マットの副部分が、実質的に平行で配設されている
前記第1項記載の熱交換器。 4 マニホールド内の流体流から選択チューブを分離す
るためのクランプ手段が設けられている前記第1項記載
の熱交換器。 5 マットを適所に固定するための手段が、各マットの
下面に設けられている前記第1項記載の熱交換器。 6 上記マットが、建造物を輻射熱で加熱するため、該
建造物の内部に埋封されている前記第1項記載の熱交換
器。 7 建造物の内部に埋封されおよび弾性材料の多数の伸
長マットを有し、各マットは可撓性ウェブで隣接する対
チューブを接続して多数の平行 。 な流体伝導チューブを形成し且つ各チューブの横にチュ
ーブからウェブの分離を可能にする引裂線が形成されて
いる輻射熱交換器において、上記マットのそれぞれの副
部分のための対構成手段が、 (a) チューブが連続且つ一体性を残していてチュ
ーブ間の上記ウェブを離脱されている、上記副部分間の
中心マット部分、 (b) 平行で、並んでおよび中心部分の自由チュー
ブと実質的に同一平面に整列されている上記副部分、 (C)並んで且つ中心部分から離れたマットの整列副部
分の端部を横切って配列されている第1および第2チユ
ーブ状マニホールド、 (dl 上記ウェブを離脱され、そしてマニホールド
壁の各丸穴を介して各マニホールドに接続されている、
中心マット部分から離れた全てのチューブの対向端部、 (e) 各マットの下面の、設置中にマットを適所に
固定するための手段、および (f) 注入コンクリートのマトリックス内に埋封さ
れている上記アット から成ることを特徴とする前記第1項記載の熱交換器。 8 上記チューブのそれぞれは一定の内径および外体を
有し、そして各チューブを連合マニホールドに結合する
、 (a) チューブの内径と少なくとも同じ大きさの外
径およびマニホールド壁の丸穴の軸方向長さより大きい
軸方向長さを有し、且つチューブの端部内にはめられる
堅い円筒状のインサート、(b) インサートめ外径
よりも大きく且つ」二記インサート周囲のチューブ直径
よりも小さい直径を有スる、マニホールド壁の穴、およ
び (C) マニホールド壁の内方および外方へ伸びるイ
ンサートの各端と共に、上記大向に位して圧縮される、
インサート周囲のチューブ端部から成る接続手段が設け
られている前記第7項記載の熱交換器。
