Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定しようとする流体圧が導入される圧力導入室の一面
    をダイヤフラムをもって構成し、該ダイヤプラムに対向
    させて電極板を備え、該電極板と、ダイヤフラムとの対
    向面にそれぞれブリッジ回路の被測定辺に接続する可変
    コンデンサーの電極を備えてなる静電容量型圧力検出器
    において、前記電極板のダイヤフラム側とは反対側の面
    に対し一定間隔を隔てて固定板を備え、該固定板と電極
    板との対向面にブリッジ回路の標準辺に接続する固定コ
    ン、デンサーの電極を備えたことを特徴としてなる静電
    容量型圧力検出器。
