    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シール作用をなす受圧素子と、該受圧素子の一面側と真
    空室を構成する凹部を具える柱状のボデーと、前記真空
    室に設けられ前記受圧素子に対向して平行に設けられた
    固定容量電極と、該固定容量電極と前記受圧素子とを連
    結する連結軸と、−面側が前記受圧素子の他面側と大気
    と連通された大気圧室を構成し前記受圧素子の有効面積
    に比し大なる有効面積を有し他面側に測定流体を受圧す
    る測定ダイアフラムと、該測定ダイアフラムと前記受圧
    素子の中央部とを連結する連結棒とを具備してなる圧力
    計。
