  1. 被測定物の表面に対し斜めに光線が入射する様装置され
    前記被測定物の表面付近で結像する様構成された光源と
    、第１の光学系手段と、前記光源からの光線の被測定物
    表面からの反射光を集光する第２の光学系手段と、その
    第２の光学系手段による反射光の結像点付近に配置され
    た光位置検出手段とからなることを特徴とする光学式位
    置測定器。
