図は本考案に係る冷却型光電変換装置の一実施例構造を
示す要部縦断面図である。 図において、１は外管、２は内管、３は透光窓、４は赤
外線検知素子、５は冷却部材、６は冷却基台、７はイン
ジウム半田、８はヘリウムガス循環型冷凍機、９はクー
リングロッド、１０はベロー、１１はフランジ部、１４
は吸着剤収容部、１５はガス吸着剤を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光窓を設けた外管と、該透光窓に対向して冷却基台を
    介して半導体光電変換素子を配設した内管よりなり、か
    つその内外両管の間の空間を真空とした２重管構造の断
    熱容器内に、前記冷却基台を冷却するようにガス循環型
    冷凍機のクーリングロッドを真空気密状に挿設してなる
    構成において、前記断熱容器とクーリングロッドとの間
    の間隙部に真空度劣化防止用ガス吸着剤を配設してなる
    ことを特徴とする冷却型光電変換装置。
