    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中空円筒の外側ケース内部に中空円筒のシールドケース
    、該シールドケースの内部に電磁石を収納した内側ケー
    スを同心に配設し、内側ケースをサポートロッドを介し
    て外側ケースに支承せしめると共にサポートロッドとシ
    ールドケースとをサーマルグランドプレートで連結し、
    シールドケース、内側ケースをそれぞれ低温液化ガスで
    冷却し各ケース間に熱遮断材を介在させたことを特徴と
    する超伝導電磁石用真空容器。
