- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 超電導マグネツトを収納してなる低温容器
内において、超電導マグネツトを包囲して熱シー
ルド板円筒の内部側に設けてなることを特徴とす
る磁気シールド板。 (2) ニオブ―チタン合金を用いたことを特徴と
する請求項(1)記載の磁気シールド板。 (3) 酸化物超電導体（イツトリウム、バリウム
を含む銅の酸化物）を用いたことを特徴とする請
求項(1)記載の磁気シールド板。 (4) 電磁軟鉄板を用いたことを特徴とする請求
項(1)記載の磁気シールド板。
