    ネルと、該第２段のコールドヘッドに熱的に接続され、
    該カップ状の第１の冷却パネルと同心状に配置された円
    筒状の第２の冷却パネルと、該円筒状の第２の冷却パネ
    ルの内側に取り付けられた吸着材支持部材と′　　　　
    より成るクライオポンプ。 ２　該円筒状の第２の冷却パネルと被排気室との−間に
    、該第１段のコールドヘッドに熱的に接続された熱遮蔽
