第１図はへ１）ラム循環式冷却器で冷却すべき赤外線検
知器の断面図、第２図は本考案の赤外線検知器冷却用ア
ダプタの断面図、第３図は本考案の赤外線検知器冷却用
アダプタを、ヘリウム循環式冷却器で冷却すべき赤外線
検知器に挿入した時の状態を示す断面図である。 図に於いて１は外管、２，２１は内管、３は透光窓、４
，２４は冷却基台、５，２５は赤外線検知素子、６はリ
ード線、７は外部端子、８はコールドフィンガー、１２
は円板状基体、１２ａは開口部、１３．１５はコバール
リング、１４はガラス管、１６は冷却器挿入管、２２は
赤外線検知器冷却用アダプタ、２３はジュール・トムソ
ン型冷却器、１０１はノズルを示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中央に冷却器挿通用の開口を備えた金属基体と、該金属
    基体の中央開口部に連続するように固着された冷却器挿
    入管とよりなり、前記冷却器挿入管が内管と外管よりな
    る赤外線検知器用の内管の内部に挿脱自在に挿入され、
    かつ該管の内部にジュール・トムソン型冷却器が挿入さ
    れることを特徴とする赤外線検知器冷却用アダプタ。
