    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光窓を設けた外筒と、該透光窓に対向して光電変換素
    子が冷却基台を介して配設され、かつ内部に冷却装置を
    真空気密状に挿設する内筒とからなり、該内外両部の空
    間を真空状態とした2重筒構造の断熱容器の外周に、前
    記内筒内と連通した真空度劣化防止用の神助空間筒を一
    体的にそなえてなることを特徴とする冷却型光電変換装
    置。
