Here a conveying speed of the conveyer 10 is arranged larger than a conveying speed of the trough 5 and a dam part with a large diameter is formed in a side of the hopper 14 of the brushes 12, 12'. In this way, the acticle 2 can be accepted onto the conveyer 10 from the trough 5 by holding a fixed interval, increased with the speed in the vicinity of the hopper 14 and fed by holding a distance from the next positioned article.
