Referring to fig. 1-2, the block seasoning pattern turning mechanism includes a first conveyor belt 10 and a second conveyor belt 20, the second conveyor belt 20 is disposed at the bottom of one end of the first conveyor belt 10, a rotatable turning roller 35 is further disposed at one end of the first conveyor belt 10, a plurality of turning blocks 32 are uniformly distributed on the turning roller 35, a turning groove 34 is disposed in an extending end of the turning block 32, a wrapped turning cylinder 30 is disposed outside the turning block 32, a guide plate 50 inclining downward is disposed at one end of the first conveyor belt 10, a feeding groove 36 is disposed on the turning cylinder 30 located on one side of the guide plate 50, and a discharging groove 37 is disposed on one side of the lower half end of the turning cylinder 30.

The invention is used for the turning mechanism of the block seasoning pattern when in use:
(1) the seasoning packaging boxes are sequentially conveyed by the first conveying belt 10, and the conveying distance of the seasoning packaging boxes on the first conveying belt 10 is adjusted to be uniform;
(2) when the seasoning packaging box is conveyed to the end part of the first conveying belt 10, the seasoning packaging box is guided to the feeding groove 36 through the inclined guide plate 50, enters the inclined overturning groove 34 through the feeding groove 36, slides to the bottom of the overturning groove 34, is induced by the pressure inductor 38, and then starts the overturning motor 36 to rotate for a set angle through the controller 40, so that the next empty overturning groove 34 rotates to the feeding groove 36, and the inner wall of the overturning groove 34 and the upper surface of the guide plate 50 are on the same plane;
(3) when the seasoning packaging box is rotated to the discharge chute 37 by the feed chute 36, due to the gravity of the seasoning packaging box, the seasoning packaging box automatically inclines and slides onto the second conveying belt 20, and due to the movement of the second conveying belt 20, the seasoning packaging box is turned over and stably conveyed, and the seasoning packaging box is continuously and circularly turned over in sequence.
