Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピッチ変換可能なウェハー受けを複数段有し、かつ左右
    方向に移動可能な台車と、上記・台車の両端に配置した
    キャリヤまたはボートを支持して上下刃向に移動可能な
    ２台のエレベータとからなり、上記ウェハー受けのウェ
    ハー載置面に同一方向に傾斜した多数のエアー噴出孔を
    穿設し、かつ該ウェハー載置面の中央部に吸気孔を穿設
    し、前記移動可能な台車の左右動によって左右のエレベ
    ータ上のキャリヤまたはボートのウェハー収納段の下面
    に夫々のウェハー受けを差込むようにするとともにエア
    ー噴出孔からの噴出流と吸気孔における吸気流を切替え
    るようになしたことを特徴とするウェハー移し換え装置
    。
