Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) M conductive patterns forming electrodes are provided on an insulating substrate, at least one island-shaped conductive pattern is insulated from these two conductive patterns, and a metal conductive pattern is provided between each of the conductive patterns. A fuse formed by bonding wires such that a plurality of metal wires are connected in series between two conductive patterns forming the electrodes.
