Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the dust deflagration of a dust collector while recovering the sensible heat of waste gas effectively by guiding the intermediate-temperature portion and high-temperature portion of the waste sintering gas to different ducts, and by passing water, heated by heat exchange at an intermediate-temperature system, through a high-temperature system for further heat exchange.
CONSTITUTION: Waste sintering gas is divided into three low, intermediate and high temperature portions through a wind box 1. The low-temperature gas is scattered into the air through a duct 2, a dust collector 3, and a blower 6. The intermediate-temperature gas is guided to a duct 7, and the high-temperature gas to a duct 9. Pure water from a pure water tank 11 is preheated through the 1st heat exchanger 8 provided to an intermediate-temperature waste gas duct 7 and further heated through a deaerator. Then, it is heated through the 2nd heat exchanger 10 provided to a high-temperature waste gas duct 9 to produce heated steam, which is sent to piping 20, etc., for factories. High-temperature waste gas cooled through the 2nd heat exchanger 10 is mixed with the intermediate-temperature waste gas cooled similarly, and the mixture is further mixed with the low- temperature waste gas after passing through a dust collector 3', thereby scattering them into the air.
