Abstract

PURPOSE: To above-mentioned recovering apparatus which has been enabled to recover efficiently the energy, by installing the cooler for emergency functioning according to the temperature of the furnace top gas and the dry electric dust collector in the recovering system for the furnace top gas.
CONSTITUTION: The furnace top gas discharged from the blast furnace 1 is sent to the dust catcher 2, the cooler 3 for emergency, the dry electric dust collector 4, the turbine 5, the cooler 9, the gas holder 10 or the hot stove 8 by being led through the gas duct 14 as it holds the prescribed pressure and temperature at the normal state. The gas is sent to the thermal equipment 11 from the gas holder 10, but, because the turbine 5 and the branching septum valve 7 are installed between the above dry electric dust collector 4 and the cooler 9, the pressure at the furnace top is regulated so that the blast furnace may be operated without hindrance. Then, the cooler 3 for emergency functions only in the case at which the temperature of the furnace top gas detected with the thermometer 12 rises abnormally, so that the furnace top gas is sent to the following dry electric dust collector 4 in the state holding the sensible heat of gas at the normal state with the water sprinkling, etc. Accordingly, the turbine 5 can recover efficiently the energy.
