In the logical circuit substrate A, a plurality of Josephson elements J and a superconduction thin film 3 are formed on a major plane 2 of the substrate 1, and the controlling optical path substrate B has a substrate 5 made with through-holes 4 corresponding to the elements J on the substrate A, and free ends of optical fibers F are fixed in the through- holes 4 so that the ends are on the same plane as a major plane 6 of the substrate 5.
