Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of various shapes having the same performance as that of a laminated body of directional steel plates by providing parallel arrangement of many lines of particles which are made of ferromagnetic bodies and are aligned with the direction of the passage of the magnetic flux in series, and fixing the particles with the resin. CONSTITUTION:In the case e.g. a plunger is formed, a magnetic path is formed by a stator core 21, a case 22, and yoke 23, which are made of iron. A coil 25 is provided in the said path, and a guide 24 comprising non-magnetic material is pierced through the yoke 23 and provided in the coil 25. At least the part which pierces through the yoke 23 is formed to simulate an air gap and in a thin shape in order to pierce the magnetic flux. A metal mold is formed by the guide 24 and are stator core 21. Then a mixture 26 of the ferromagnetic particles and the liquid resin is injected through an injecting port 24a of the guide 24.
