Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the quantity of processing in obtaining a product of the same purity by providing partitioning shelves having heating devices.
CONSTITUTION: Partitioning shelves 15 having heating devices are provided in a purifying column 3. Many openings 15b are formed in a partition plate 15a and two properly bent heating tubes 17, 17 are installed in the lower part of the partition plate 15a to form an inlet 17a and outlet 17b for heat medium. Accordingly, a part of crystals that come into contact with the partitioning shelves is dissolved, and by distributing the heating area uniformly in the section of the column 3, a uniform solution can be returned and raised. Resistance is given to crystals which are let fall by the partitioning shelves 15 and falling flow is rectified. Consequently, an ascending flow of returning solution and descending flow of crystals flow in opposite direction and come into contact uniformly.
