PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a transformer and to enable circuit integration and small size, by alternately switching transmission and reception gates with two types of clock signals for the separation of transmission and reception. CONSTITUTION:Two types of clocks (a), (b) which are in high speed to a transmitted signal and have no mutual interference with the same frequency and different phase are applied to gates G1-G4 to switch each gate. When a transmission signal (c) is applied to the transmission gate G1, the gate G1 is switched at the clock (b) and the output (d) is transmitted to a transmission line 2. Although this output (d) is applied to the reception gate G2, since the gate G2 is switched with the clock (a) of different phase, this output (d) does not pass through a gate 2 and enter a reception amplifier 4. A signal transmitted from the gate G1 to the transmission line 2 is filtered at low frequencies, and after the clock component is removed, it is inputted to a reception amplifier 4.
