Abstract

PURPOSE: As the oil to be mixed and fish oil are being mixed under stirring at a specific ratio, steam is blown into the mixture to atomize the oil, then the atomized oil is preheated up to a specific temperature and burned, thus lowering the air pollution and saving the fuel cost.
CONSTITUTION: Fish oil is added to mineral or vegetable oil at a ratio more than 1:1 under mechanical stirring. At the same time, at least one selected from steam, air and emulsifiers is blown for homogenization to atomize the oils and the resultant fuel is preheated up to 45W85, preferably 60W80°C and fed to the burner.
EFFECT: The corrosion of burning units caused by sulfur oxides is extremely reduced.
