Abstract

PURPOSE: To contrive to burn cyan ingredients completely and simplify a device wherein waste liquid contg. cyan is mixed with fuel into uniform emulsion and is sprayed from a burner.
CONSTITUTION: With waste liquid including 1W50vol% cyan, 99W50vol% fuel is mixed forming emulsion fuel with viscosity below 50cps and an average particle diameter below 30μ, and by spray burning said fuel, cyan ingredients are pyrolyzed completely and made harmless. For the emulsifying device, a suitable one, for example, a supersonic mixer dissolver may be selected in accordance with the conditions of fuel and waste liquid.
