Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of false announcing occuring due to higher harmonic noises generated synchronously with an electric power source completely by so constituting a titled detector that when a beat frequency is the cause for false announcing, the frequency of a detection signal is changed over. CONSTITUTION:When the frequency of higher harmonic noises approaches to a frequency f01 and beat frequencies are lowered to the extent that they can pass through a BPF6 while an oscillator 1a is generating the detection signal of the frequency f01, a beat frequency detecting circuit 1b detects this, and the circuit 1b emits a control signal to the oscillator 1a, thereby changing over the oscillation frequency to f02. Then, it results in that the signal frequency f02 positions approximately at the center of the adjacent higher harmonic noises, and the beat frequency goes relatively high as well and therefore this beat is blocked by the PBF6 and the occurrence of malfunction of a subsequent comparator 7 and an announcing circuit 8 is eliminated. In this case, when the frequency of the higher harmonic noises approaches to a signal frequency f02, the frequency of the oscillator 1a is similarly changed over from f02 to f01.
