Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A broadcast detection signal by the 1st signal detection level A which is preset from a reception signal processing section 1 and the broadcast detection signal by the 2nd detection level B which is set higher than the detection level A, are given to a controller section 4. When the controller section 4 controls a PLL 2 included in the loop and detects a signal at the 1st level after the start of sweep, it is moved further toward one channel sweep, and if no signal is detected, it stops after being returned in the reverse direction by one channel sweep. If detected, similar detection is made by increasing the detection level and the sweep is stopped when reception is made at a ture tuning point.
