Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the quality of call and to keep the internal acoustic compliance the same as an R-62 electromagnetic receiver, by making the volume of the 1st front air chamber of a ceramic piezoelectric type receiver or that of the 2nd front air chamber excluding the volume of the external auditory meatus to a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic piezoelectric plate (1-2) is fixed to a base plate (1-1) having conductivity to form a vibration diaphragm plate 1, and external circumference of the diaphragm plate 1 is fixed with a frame 2, to constitute a ceramic type piezoelectric receiver consisting of the 1st front air chamber(V-1)5, 1st rear air chamber(V+1)6 and the 2nd front chamber(V-2)7 by the external auditory meatus. With this constitution, the volume of the 1st front air chamber (V-1) or the 2nd front air chamber(V-2) excluding the external auditory meatus volume of 6cm<3> of the receiver is taken as 4.5 to 8cm<3>, and the 1st front air chamber volume(V+1) is taken as about 1/10 or less than the equivalent volum of the diaphragm plate 1. The quality at call can be increased and the internal acoustic compliance is kept the same as that of a R-62 type electromagnetic receiver which is conventionally used.
