Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy as a result of rejecting higher frequency light rays by using a transparent plate comprising parts of different wavelength transmittance characteristics on a window of a container for a photodiode array in which a plural number of photodetectors are arranged on the same substrate. CONSTITUTION:A photodiode array 1 in which a plural number of photodetectors 3 are formed on the same substrate is put in a container 5. The transparent plate 2 comprising parts of different wavelength transmittance characteistics separated by a borderline 4 is fitted on the container 5. This construction allows the array to improve measuring accuracy by rejecting higher frequency light rays without disturbing spectra.
